Glenice and Mike McClure welcome you to Blackboy Kennels, home of Five Dual Champion Labrador Retrievers.
We are both licenced Retrieving Trial Judges and endeavour to ensure that most of our dogs are given every opportunity to participate in at least basic retrieve competition. Glen is also licenced to award CC's at championship level.
Of course, some show more potential than others and these are taken "all the way". But in our minds, first and foremost, our dogs should look like a true Labrador.
Our property is South of Perth in the suburb of Southern River, West Australia.
All our dogs are Hip/Elbow Scored and have current Eye Certificates as well as DNA for hereditary eye diseases and Exercise Induced collapse (EIC).
